//OOC: Well, I'm in shock at these turn of events. Poor Evan D': I however, have a few surprises of my own. Hopefully some of you from C2WW will catch it.//
Alucard
Alucard didn't know how to react. One moment, things were going great, then Robin abruptly ran out of him, thin wisps of an apology hanging in the air as she disappeared from view. His first impulse was to run after her, but to what ends? What would he say? What could she? How could she? Although the disappointment was clearly written on his face, Alucard wasn't too quick to fully condemn the act. Perhaps Robin had her reasons.
Abel & Helena
Abel turned around when the atmosphere in the room changed from calm to chaos. He heard a gun go off, and quickly switched gears. "Helena, you have to leave. Go and find Holly; you'll be safer with her," he said. The fourteen year old girl looked indignant. "I can help too!" Helena protested. Abel shook his head in disagreement. "I'm sorry, but you don't have powers anymore. You should be somewhere safe." Reluctantly, Helena agreed, and left. Abel then turned to Artemis. "Artemis, come with me. We need to find Seth and see if there's something we can do."

A figure stood feet from where Evan and Kao were. He was an unannounced guest, unannouced meaning he somehow managed to sneak in. Technically, it wasn't wrong that he was there, because he was a "gifted" person too. However, his gifts were different than most, and morbidly so. He also never enrolled, and was of the freak-show-outcast-yet-knowledgable-street-urchin stereotype. Though he was young - about thirteen or fourteen - the boy was a striking and unforgettable figure. Thin, skin with hints of a tan, dark, brownish-black hair..and two different colored eyes. One blue, one pale gray. He now approached the two older boys, regarding them with a profoundly intense gaze. Sorrow was there, as was a tinge of anger, and something else that seemed guarded. Though his appearance was sudden and unexplained, the open palms and purposeful stride suggested the stranger was benign.

Its Dio, one of my characters from C2WW, and I wanted him to make a comeback here. I swear, I'll make a bio for him when I can. I just couldn't wait to post with him.

||OOC: That's great, Cynder! Dio was my favorite Renegade character. As it so happens, I too have something up my sleeve.||
Artemis
Artemis nodded at Abel's suggestion, and followed him through the crowd, looking for this Seth person. A little farther off, the hysteria was mounting as the situation drastically changed. Through the throng of frightened dancers and party-goers, Artemis could catch minute glances at what appeared to be a maniacal robot flailing around. Outside, "Arty's" features were nervous and slightly fearful, but inside, he was relishing the moment. This was absolutely a delicious development.
Esme would be proud of all this information he was gathering. Infiltrate, learn the system, and gather info. Especially on Alucard. This was easier said than done, as the target was increasingly elusive. Nonetheless, the pretender named Forte wasn't overly worried.
One, because the vampire couldn't hide forever, and two, because this mission was proving to be incredibly easy, as he was masquerading around as his other self, and that in itself was foolproof because Artemis and he were practically identical twins, the only differences being personality and the fact that Forte didn't have a heart. But if I follow my orders to the letter, I'll have one soon enough. This was the benefit for working for powerful, and secret, organizations. For months, Forte had practiced how to be Artemis, and learned his mannerisms. He was perfect at it now.
So far it was working, because no one suspected him. To Artemis's friends, he was just plain old Arty (and such an odd nickname..nicknames are childish and overrated). Focusing back in the real world, Forte glanced around, looking not for Seth, but for Alucard. If I can just get a glance of him..
||Word Count: 401|| ||Muse: Tron Legacy [End Titles] by Daft Punk|| ||Note: Shocker. I decided to bring Forte back, because in this time period, where the story is situated, then he would technically still exist. Heh, I'm becoming a fan of plot twists, I'm afraid. Don't worry about the real Artemis. Esme's got him, but she's keeping him alive because he will become an important part of a different game once this conflict with Flock is over.||

(So many people returning! DIO!!!! Ahh, memories...)
Rekees: Her blood turned cold as ice as Sheer grabbed her arm. She screamed as she hurtled through the air, shutting her eyes as she waited for the impact. It came quick as she smashed into the wall. The shoulder that had been hurt earlier slammed into the concrete wall, and she heard a deafening crack! Tears swam in her eyes as she slumped to the ground, screaming in agony. Her body was fragile, and she wasn't used to getting knocked around like this. Panting, she rested her hand on her shoulder where it was broken, trying repair it.No luck, healing certainly wasn't her strong point.(okay, it's official: I suck at writing scenes where my characters get hurt. Or killed. X.X)
April: "Shit." she muttered under her breath, irritated with herself. She couldn't think straight, why the hell did she do something so stupid? She practically handed him a weapon. Stupid, stupid! April looked around frantically, searching for something to use as a weapon. "When all else fails, either rip out their intestines or hit them on the head with a fold-able chair. I think I'll refrain from ripping out guts, though." she said to no one particular. She grabbed a grey metal fold-able chair, using her mind to force it to fly straight at sheer and smack him in the back of the head. To any normal person, this would not them out and give them a concussion. But April wasn't so sure, with Sheer being all scaly. So, she pulled out a weapon she hadn't used in a while. Three metallic spheres, each weighing about twenty pounds. Make them fly fast enough, they could probably kill someone. But this probably wouldn't kill Sheer, s she had to give it a try. She hurtled each sphere, one after the other, all at different spots: Head, chest, stomach. Hopefully that would make an impact, atleast knock the wind out of him.

Fivel
Fivel couldn't help herself. As soon as Evan woke up and looked at Kao, tears started to stream from her eyes and she took Evan's hand, biting her lip to keep from bursting into hysterics. "Evan," she sputtered, trying not to crush his hand, but still holding it tightly. Hers fit in with his just like it did with Kao. Her fingers pressed only near the second bend of his fingers, making her look like a midgit, really. "Evan, Kao, I'm sorry. This is all my fault." Her tears left stains on the last left of the original color of Evan's shirt, and slid down his face to make rivers of tears on his skin.

Brooke's shoulder's slumped slightly at the sound of Evan's voice. A smile danced upon her face as she continued to sing. She knew that it was too soon to stop the healing process, but she was ecstatic that Evan regained consciousness. She was so relieved that tears flooded her eyes and ran down her cheek like a waterfall. Her head hurt and her heart felt like it was about to burst. 'Thank goodness...' she thought.
Kerri, who was on her knees, wobbled and wavered with relief. "Evan....." She started to fade to invisibility and back. Emotions ran wild and she couldn't get a hold of herself. By now she had ran out of tears. She tried to catch Evan's eyes. Once she managed to hold his sight she said, "Suicide is not an option stupid..." She chuckled despite herself, exhausted. As she looked at him, she basked in the memories of their scene on the roof. Evan one of the first people who actually saw Kerri. To most, she was invisible, with and without her powers. That day seemed so far away from now. The two of them were just sitting on the roof casually discussing the Incredibles movie, and now she was sitting in a layer of his blood, which was starting to dry and become sticky. "I'm just so glad you're okay now", she whispered.
Riker, in his gray suit, seemed to have walked into concentrated chaos. To his right was a crowed sitting in what could've been really red punch, or blood. To his left, there was this man-beast. All around were his screaming and frantic peers. He flashed one last look at the blood, and was relieved to see no dead bodies, so he proceeded to the monster on the left. He saw a girl with fiery hair, April, attack Sheer with some sphere's and another dude, Darren, that seemed to be holding him down with what looked like wires. Riker ran straight through the crowd, making himself fluid so that his fellow students just ran through him, his blonde hair shifting with each step. His brown eyes focused on the beast. He ran up behind his target, condensing his molecules to become as hard as diamond. He pounced off of the dim dance floor and punched Sheer in the middle of his back with as much strength as he could muster, hoping to cause some impact somehow.
Darren was trying to shake off Angel and focus on his wires at the same time. "Angel, calm down. I'm not trying to kill him!!!" He yelled. Angel refused to believe him and continued to attack. On the edge of Darren's vision he saw Riker running towards Sheer in incredible speed. "But he might...." he whispered, with wide eyes. Angels alarmed eyes darted from April to Darren to Riker to Sheer. She screamed "STOOOOPPP!!! THAT'S MY BROTHERR!!!!!"
