Seth sighed, nodding. "Okay," he said.

Dr. Adrian held his hand out for Abel, who nervously wrapped his tiny digits around his larger ones. When they reached the door, Adrian held it open for Seth. He felt horrible for allowing this to happen.

Seth walked through the door, his eyes trained down. He knew that there was no helping the fact that they had to be experimented on, but he still hated it.

The boys were led through a series of bland white and gray corridors and rooms, until they were half-way across the facility. Abel didn't care much to look; he'd seen this area of the facility many times, and nothing had changed to improve the aura of the synthetic atmosphere. Mr. Gordon was waiting just outside the door to testing lab.
"About time, Dr. Adrian," he said, obviously irate. "We have deadlines to meet and data to procure. The people down at CSI wait for nobody." Mr. Gordon looked down at Abel and Seth, and then ushered them inside.
//OOC: CSI here means Conceptual Synthetic Intelligence.//

(lol okay) Seth stared at Mr. Gordon, reading his greedy thoughts. He smiled up at him a knowing smile that said, I know all your little secrets, before proceeding into the room.

Abel went in, closely followed by Dr. Adrian. Inside, the place seemed to transform, and looked completely different to the world on the other side of the door. There were various nasty looking machines and plenty of lab tables where more high tech gadgetry was organized. "I would like to continue the endurance testing," Mr. Gordon stated, placing a hand on a certain machine.
Dr. Adrian regarded the thing with a look of disgust. The machine in question was absolutely horrid. Suspended from the ceiling was a huge metal harness that was made to wrap around the midsection to secure the test subject. Also hanging from the ceiling where two long chain links attached to thick iron cuffs, which, when placed around the test subject's wrists, suspended their arms so the extremities were well out of the way. Several wires were attached to the device as well, and they were hooked up to several computers and other devices.
"We'll do this like we always have," Mr. Gordon said. He looked at Abel, who was clinging to Dr. Adrian's leg. "Crusnik 002. Our first subject to survive the injections."

Seth's eyes widened. Don't take Abel away, he said to Dr. Adrian, what if he dies this time? You know I would never forgive you.

Dr. Adrian nodded at Seth. I will do everything I can. He glanced sternly at Mr. Gordon. "Sir if I may add my opinion, I don't think this is safe. Actually I don't think any manner of these tests are safe." Mr. Gordon smirked. "Well I know you Adrian. You never really had the stomach for it. Now, Crusnik 002."
Dr. Adrian placed a hand on Abel's shoulder. "Mr. Gordon he's only a child. They both are. These tests aren't humane; they could seriously get hurt or even die." Mr. Gordon nodded. "Yes this is true," he replied, even more irritated. "But their bodies are made of stronger stuff than our's. Rest assured that none of them will die." At this, two security men sauntered over and grabbed Dr. Adrian by the arms. "No!" Abel cried.
"Mr. Gordon! I'm their guardian, its mandatory to have me present!" Dr. Adrian shouted as he was dragged away. "I'm sorry. I'm going to have to seriously reconsider having you as part of the staff. See you in 30." When Dr. Adrian was removed, Mr. Gordon grabbed Abel and hoisted him up, securing him into the device. The metal was cold, and sent shivers up Abel's spine. Once he was secure, Mr. Gordon put his wrists in the iron cuffs. "Endurance test number 47," he mumbled to himself as he went over to his desk and sat down, booting up his computer and another system. "What is the maximum amount of voltage you can withstand, Crusnik?"

Seth glared at Mr. Gordon, his eyes turning a red orange. "Sir, could you please stop?" He asked. His words were muffled by the fangs starting to grow in his mouth.

"I'm afraid that's non-negotiable, Number 3," Mr. Gordon mused, and then glanced up at Seth. His appearance was changing. Gold eyes to reddish-orange, sprouting fangs. "Lets not go through this again," Mr. Gordon suggested. "I'd hate to secure you in a less hospitable place." He turned back to the computer, and typed something on the keyboard. A whirring sound from the device could be heard.

Seth leaped into the air, his wings carrying him closer to the computer. He kicked, his foot connecting with Mr. Gordon's head. He whirled around to face the computer, smashing it onto the floor, but it was too late. An electric hum filled the room.

Mr. Gordon fell back onto the floor and became still. He'd gotten a head concussion. There came a banging at the door, with Dr. Adrian's voice shouting, "Mr. Gordon! What's going on in there? Mr. Gordon!" Electricity pulsed through the device, went up the wires, and spread out through the machine Abel was secured to. He screamed in pain as several hundred volts were jolted into his body.

Dr. Adrian rushed in. "I-I don't know. I've never operated the device before," he replied. He stole a glance at Abel, who was writhing within the grasp of the machine. The scientist ran over to the smashed computer, looking over the wires connected to different outlets. "Seth, come help me pull these out!"

Seth nodded, pulling out all the wires. "Will it stop now?" He asked, his voice soft.
