it's all about me.
LIKES. History, writing, reading, listening to alternative/rock music, when people give him huge tips, sleeping in, earrings, drawing fake tattoos on his arms.
DISLIKES. Overly dramatic situations, being poor, people who don't tip, math, science that isn't biology, snooty rich people (who don't tip), being pitied, having to wake up early, face piercings
STRENGTHS. Really easy going and dependable, old-fashioned sense of chivalry, friendly, very determined, knows exactly what he wants to do.
WEAKNESSES. Can be very picky sometimes, he's lazy when it's not a matter of life-and-death, can be gullible at times, next to no ambition for anything but writing.
HABITS/QUIRKS. Messes with his hair a lot, likes to pretend he has a goatee, draws on his arms in sharpee, loves playing football with his friends, sings in the car, hates rap, never says 'real' curse words (uses weird variations.)
FEARS. That he'll end up in a slum, that some guy will steal his computer, that he'll never make it as a writer.
SECRETS. Doesn't really have any that he actively hides from people... that he has a lot of debt, I guess, and that his freak girlfriend wants to get revenge on him.
FULL PERSONALITY.
Jory is extremely easy going and pretty lazy. The one thing he wants from life is to be a writer and he doesn't believe in 'regrets', though he still has a lot of them. He's very determined when he wants to be, but he sleeps and plays video games when he doesn't feel like being determined. One of his favorite things to do is people-watch, which he says is for the benefit of his novels. He also says he's a 'professional stalker' but he's to much of a nice guy to ever hurt anyone.
Jory really likes hanging out with his friends and in particular Robin, but that's mostly because she's the only one who visits him at work on a daily basis. He's the kind of person who has 3 or 4 really good friends and barely knows anyone else, but he spends a lot of time with them and gets a bit depressed when he doesn't see them. Currently he's working a few jobs to get himself out of debt so he hasn't had to much time to be with anyone.
He also hates being forced to be dedicated, but he's a loyal guy.

FULL HISTORY.
Jory lived in Japan until he was five and then moved to California. His dad ran a pretty successful restaurant and in his free time he wrote manga with a group of 3 other people. (they had to do it in a group because they all had other jobs) Jory lived pretty normally. He turned 18 and went to college in Michigan. He came back because he didn't have enough money to get his Masters in history, which he wanted to do in addition to writing his novel. He's currently working at a coffee shop near Castle and is going to start working at Castle in a little bit. [/color][/font]
RP Sample Jory stretches, takes off his shirt, and then jogs onto the field. Mica throws the ball at his head but misses and hits Robin in the stomach. "Watch it, idiot!" He yells at Mica, taking the ball back from Robin and thumping him in the head with it.
"Are we giving up football for wrestling?" Carlos asks dryly, walking onto the field with three other people.
"No. We're playing." All ten of them divide into teams that have existed for months now and flip a coin to decide who gets the ball first.
