LIKES. Hanging around with Kao. Making fun of people and living his life of luxury. When life is dramatic and fun.
DISLIKES. People insulting him or Kao, boring everyday life, being all alone.
STRENGTHS. Extremely dedicated to his brother, usually in a very good mood, he's extremely smart like his twin.
WEAKNESSES.He's a bit childish and selfish concerning who Kao talks to. He thinks it's normal that Kao's the only one who matters and likes living in his own tiny world. Extremely introverted, but also a bit of a mean person.
HABITS/QUIRKS. He dresses a bit like a girl (skinny jeans and tight shirts). Kao dresses that way too, but it's only because of Evan. Kao prefers looser jeans and Ed Hardy t-shirts but doesn't normally wear them. Extremely selfish when it comes to Kao because he relies on him a lot.
FEARS. Loosing Kao.
SECRETS. Never dated a girl. (he's 17 lol)
FULL PERSONALITY.
Kao thinks that Evan is a very good, sweet person but his opinion is skewed so that's not actually what Evan is like. Out of the two twins, Kao is the more caring person. Evan fills the role of the 'protectee' when they are together but it's not obvious because both of them put a lot of effort into acting identically. While Kao is more stable Evan doesn't think anything through so he trips himself up and tends to make stupid mistakes. Evan is a very childish person because he relies on Kao so much to think things out for him. He is also under the delusion that Kao will always be there and that nothing will ever change. He's very used to getting what he wants, which is why he's so selfish.
Evan acts the same all of the time, though when Kao isn't around he gets a bit more nervous and therefore meaner. It's normal for him to be the one coming up with all of the insults, though Kao holds up his end pretty well because they're both amazingly good at reading each other. Most of the evil plots come from Evan too.
As mean as he can be, Evan is the more fragile of the twins. He gets insulted easily and doesn't want to be seen as someone who's inferior. Also, he never tries to be 'mean' but he likes making mean jokes. It's kind of a fine line... but he's not one of those guys who hurts people for fun and he has a sweet side reserved for the people he really likes. Most of what he says he doesn't mean, he just likes to entertain himself that way. He's also a pushover. He has his own split personality, but in a different way.

FULL HISTORY.(this is from THF V1, and I kept it just because I liked Kao's voice in this and it shows there relationship pretty well, so I'll keep it for this bio too.)
My name is Kao(pronounced Kay-oh), but I'll be speaking for Evan (pronounced eh-van) too. Evan and I are twins, we're even identical. When we were kids our mother used to dress us in the same outfits and we got the same haircuts and stuff. It was crazy, no one could tell us apart, they still can't.
Our parents were cray rich. Our dad does something for the government, but we're not allowed to know what it is because it's a 'security risk'. When we were kids Evan was scared that our dad was an assassin. It was pretty ridiculous. Our mom didn't work, she spent a lot of her time painting and taking care of us when we were little. She still paints a lot, but she's gone most of the time playing tennis or going shopping with friends.
Evan and I have always been best friends. It sounds cliché, since we're twins and all, but that's how it was. Neither of us was very extroverted, so we kept to ourselves.
Evan was the first to discover that he had a gift. One day he woke up and there it was. He could control two elements, air and water. It fits him, of course. Air and water are supposed to be very happy and free elements, and he's like that a lot.
He spent hours practicing, he could make little balls of water fly around our room and turn them into ice marbles, and he could levitate our pet dog five feet in the air. I was sick with jealousy, but it didn't look like I had a power. What a letdown.
It was a few days before my power developed to. I could control earth and fire, which was cool. I could light candles and throw rocks at people without actually throwing the rock. I figured out that fire didn't burn me, and I could make plants grow.
It was Evans idea to show mom. He made a necklace for her out of ice, which was a nice thought, but kind of misguided. Mom was cool with keeping our powers a secret, as long as I gave her lilies whenever she wanted them and Evan made her ice necklaces that never melted. It was stupid to try, really. Dad came back and asked mom why we had a bunch of apple and cherry trees in the backyard when it was too cold to grow them, and why she had a necklace made of ice. Mom tried to tell him it was nothing, but she really can't lie to him, and Dad sent us here, after asking Evan to make him a few more ice necklaces so he could sell them. And that seems to be it.

Evan sizes up this new school, comparing it to every other fancy place he's been in. "I give it an eight." He whispers to Kao, who glances at him in surprise.
"That's higher than normal."
"Maybe I'm just still in shock from the fire." Evan shrugs, leaning against the wall. "But I'm glad to be here, this is nice, aside from all of the death and destruction."
"How optimistic." Kao mumbles fondly. "See anyone we know in the crowds?" Evan scans the crowd of Castle kids but not one of them looks familiar. He sighs, shaking his head. Of course no one from the place he grew up in would be here. If he had been any of his neighbors, his parents would not have dared send him to Havens. His thin hands twist anxiously behind his back, a tell that only Kao even notices.
