LOOKS. Vic has pale gray eyes that are startlingly bright. His skin is tan, and his hair is a dirty shade of blonde.
LIKES. Teaching, riding his motorcycle, messing with his students, messing with other teachers, pulling pranks

*Substance changers are shape shifters, of a sort, that can change the substance of their body by touching something. For example, if Vic touched a steel rod and willed, then his arms would be of steel. This takes immense concentration.
