Lovely Little Dorm Room (Cynder)

Amanda sat on her bed in the spacious dorm room. There was a big window that over looked the garden. The room was pretty in general. The walls where painted a milky kind of pink with white carpet that felt good on bare feet. It felt weird though, she felt as if this wasn't her's like she was a guest hear, like the owner of the bed she was sitting on would come and yell at her for doing something like that. She sighed and kicked her feet back and forth. She shared this with Helena now. Just the two of them.

Helen sat on her bed, comparing this dorm to the one at the Havens. It was more accomodating, but not as homey as her old dorm. In time, she mused, she would get used to it. "No matter how nice it is, its not the same," Helen said quietly.

Amanda nodded at Helena and moved over to sit with her on her bed. She'd become used to sharing rooms with a lot of people, or even sharing a bed at times. She felt the need to be close to somebody, even if it was just sitting on a bed with them. "Yea.." she said agreeing, and kinda smirked. "At least we won't have Holly telling us when to go to bed."

"Heh, yeah," Helen agreed. "Well, I guess I'll start unpacking what little things I have." She reached for the bag beside her and started pulling things out. "Why aren't you and Radu sharing a dorm?" she asked out of curiosity.

Amanda shrugged. "He's sharing a dorm with Alucard." she replied. "I think it's better that way, ya know? And anyways, I get to share one with you, right?" she giggled.

Helen nodded. "Yup!" She looked at the clothes she had been able to salvage and frowned. "We need to go shopping soon. I need new pajamas."

Amanda nodded, and all most suggested that Helena could all ways just sleep in her undies, but, she figured Helena would have quite a few faces to make if she said that. "Yea... I do to, I didn't go back to the dorm, well... What was left of it anyways." she shrugged. "Holly'll take us." Amanda giggled. "She all ways seemed happy when she got to dress us up anyways."

"Yeah.." Helen agreed. "Maybe we can ask her later." She plopped down backwards on her bed, sighing.

Amanda nodded, and chewed on her lip, trying to think of something. "Helena?" she asked. "Are you gonna miss sharing a dorm with Holly and Gwen?"

"It was fun," Helen replied honestly, "And I'll miss that part of it. But..I'm growing up, and I can't have Holly lording over me like she used to. I understood why, but now I'm embracing my independence and individuality."

Amanda nodded again, and smiled. "It is kinda funny." she mused. "How she latches onto a few people, than controls every aspect of their life pretty much." she shrugged. "Heh... Poor Emily right?"

"Mhm," Helen agreed. "It'll get better, though. This new life." It was different, every aspect of living here wasn't the same as living in Nevada. Helen just wanted to keep a despite everything that happened.

"Helena, we've had more than just 1 life time." she said, smirking slightly. Helena was 21 years older than her after all, she knew what it was like after all. "I think it's good too... different but.." Amanda giggled. "The uniforms are cute at least."

Helena looked down at her white shirt, red tie, and skirt, and smiled. "You're right. It makes me feel..I don't know..proper?" She giggled.

Amanda giggled to and stood up, and curtsied. "We're fancy little girls." she grinned.
