Unlike Holly, Silas took his time. He grasped the bars, slid down between them, then hung there for several seconds as he considered the drop. It didn't look too far... He let go, holding his breath until his feet hit the ground. Though it was a short fall he still fell forward, his hands pressing against the ground beneath him for stability.
Coming? Right. Yes. Of course. Silas smiled as he stood up and walked over to Holly.
"Alright, how do we start?"Silas questioned curiously. Despite his initial reluctance, he'd decided this would actually be fun.

"First, we have to give our characters." Holly said, now grinning. "I'm the Mommy, and your teh Daddy, and everyoen else out there, their our kids.... But they don't know it, Okay?" she smiled and walked over to Silas, and put her arms around his neck, holding her left whrist with her right hand. She loosened her grin to a soft smile. "And being the Daddy, you have to go to work.." Holly leaned forward slightly, and closed her eyes, like she'd seen her Mommy do with her Daddy. "And being the Mommy.." she said, now barely a hair away from him "I do this." she touched her lips to his, and counted how many seconds the kiss lasted. "1..2..3..4..5...6...7..." Holly pulled away smiling. "Now go." she said, pushing him slightly.

Aw, man. Now he had kids? He glanced around at all the running kids he hadn't yet met. Maybe he could handle this. Maybe he could pretend to be daddy.
"Okay. I can do that."Silas stated, turning his gaze back to her. When she wrapped her arms around him, he froze on the spot. Well, moms did hug dads, but he hadn't expected this when he agreed. Then she actually kissed him. The moment her soft lips touched his, his cheeks turned red with embarrassment. Oh, man. He was never refusing to play house ever again. The kiss felt like it lasted forever to him, but he kept still so that she didn't think he was upset. Finally, she moved away, telling him it was time to go. He nodded numbly.
"Uh, y-yes mommy- I mean, wife?... Holly. To work. Right."Silas replied before he turned and took a few steps away from her. He wasn't sure where he was supposed to go, but on he walked, toward the center of the playground. Maybe he'd just hide in the jungle gym and pretend he was doing something useful. Yes. That was the plan. He walked toward the jungle gym.

Holly smiled as Silas walked over to his 'work'. He wasn't half bad at playing the role of Daddy. Oh how she loved his stuttering, and calling her Mommy. Holly got a dreamy kind of look when she thought of actually being a Mommy. She went into her little play house, and with plastic food, began to prepare 'dinner'.

Silas hid in the center of the jungle gym, leaning against it's wall as he tried to compose himself. His cheeks were still pink, but he was slowly calming down again as he tried to think of something useful to do. There weren't a lot of options, so he decided to pile up wood chips while he waited. When a kid poked his head into the enclosure to ask what he was doing, he looked to him with a serious expression.
"I'm working, son. Go play with your friends!"Silas ordered. The boy gave him a baffled look, but figuring Silas must clearly be crazy anyway, the boy did leave him alone which left Silas smiling in accomplishment.

Holly opened a window in her little house. "Silas!" she chirped. "Dinner time!" she grinned than skipped to the door and went out of it, waiting for her Husband. She grinned as she decided rather to give him a hello kiss like she'd given him a goodbye kiss.

Silas scrambled out of the jungle gym, honestly glad that she was calling for him. As it turned out, it wasn't that much fun being at 'work', and while he knew it wasn't real dinner, he was happy anyway.
Silas crossed the playground until he was standing again by the house and Holly.
"Hello, dear. How was your day?"Silas questioned cheerfully as if this were a real day he'd spent away from her, and not a matter of minutes. Now all he needed was a briefcase to complete the image.

"It was good, except the fact you weren't hear." she said, now playing the part of the doting housewife who was madly in love with her husband. She smiled and repeated what she'd done a few minuets ago, and wrapped her arms around his neck, and leaned forward and touched her lips to his, but didn't bother counting. Though she had no gifts to speak of at this age, she made a silent prayer/thought to him "Breath through your nose.." she thought, over and over again.

Silas actually blushed again when she said it was good, all but the fact that he was there. Though this was just a game, it still made him feel happy. This time he was less surprised by the kiss, as surprising as that was. But when the kiss didn't end quickly, he did realize that he had to do something. What did daddy do? He didn't know. The only reason he started breathing through his nose was because he remembered his mouth wasn't the only part he used to breath.

"Whoaaaaa........" Brooke said wide-eyed. "YOU GUYS KISSED!!!!!" She exclaimed, looking at them innocently with her bright blue eyes. She was a little grossed out, jealous, and impressed at the same time. Those two already had their first kisses! "I WANNA PLAY I WANNA PLAY I WANNA PLAY!!!!" She shouted, jumping up and down, her brown curls bouncing in sync.

Holly separated the kiss and smiled at the brown headed girl. "Great!" she chirped. "You can be our daughter! I'm the Mommy, and he's the Daddy." she smiled and stretched her arms out to Brooke, in a hug like fashion.

Kids interruptions were annoying when they meant the kiss had to stop. Maybe this was why they got sent to their rooms. But Silas, blushing lightly still, turned his attention to Brooke with a smile. He wasn't as cranky as his own father- he still liked his 'pretend' daughter.
"Yeahh."Silas agreed with a nod. His own father often agreed with his mother, so it felt like what he was supposed to say. Besides, he couldn't really think of anything else. All he could think of was the fact that going to 'work' was suddenly worth it.

Brooke jumped up, clapping her hands and giggling "Yayyyy!" She exclaimed, hugging her pretend mom. "Oh... I'm Brooke by tha way! What are your names mommy and daddy?"

Holly smiled and hugged her 'daughter' back. "I'm Holly, and this is Silas." she said, speaking for her 'husband'.

"Mhm."Silas nodded in agreement. It felt a little weird to hug Brooke, even if she was his pretend daughter, so he settled for a smile.
